Challenge #7 was faux chip board. I made a faux chipboard star on my card.

Challenge #6

Challenge #6 was to use patterned paper and your cricut to make something. I made thank you cards for the boys teachers. Next week is teacher appreciation week at their school.

Challenge #5

Challenge #5 was a sketch challenge. I choose to use the sketch for a card instead of a layout. This is a birthday card for my stepfather. The sketch can be found HERE.

Challenge #4

Challenge #4 was to make either a Mother's Day layout or card. I choose to make a card. I'm not sure if I'm going to give this to my mom or one of my many mommy friends. My friend Hailee is really hoping that I give it to her.

I made the cupcake and cherry myself. I cut off the stem of the cherry but the file does have one.

Challenge #3

Challenge #3 is to make a kid's page. I made several pages for my Mother's Day book for my mother-in-law. I forgot to take pictures so I'll have to add them later.

Challenge #2

Challenge #2 was to use something that you haven't used before or used much from your stash. I bought a bunch of beads recently but haven't really used them. I used some of the beads to enhance this sticker. I will be putting this in the Mother's Day album I'm making for my mother-in-law.

Challenge #1

I joined Robin today for her online crop. (Her blog is in the list on the left.) The first challenge was to use brown and a pastel together.

I made slider cards for the boys teachers. For one of the days during teacher appreciation week, the boys are supposed to give their teachers a flower. We choose to give them flower seeds instead.

Scrapsketch Layout

This is the layout I made for scrapsketch. I used a shaker box on the top right hand side of the layout. The shaker box and the baseball were cut from the cricut baseball cartridge. The bat, ball and glove are my scal files. You can find them in the list on the left to download. I felt that my black paper was a little plain so I embossed it. I am new to stamp embossing and I find myself falling in love with it!
